This role will lead our gastronomic operations, with a particular focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium/fine dining), while also overseeing all other F&B outlets within the hotel.Lead the conceptualization, creation, and launch of a new italian premium/fine dining restaurant, together with the entire gastronomic offer of the hotel for the other F&B Outlets.¿Tiene las siguientes habilidades, experiencia e impulso para tener éxito en este puesto? Descúbralo a continuación.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets in the hotelManage kitchen staff, recruitment, training, scheduling, and performanceEnsure consistent food quality, presentation, and innovation across all outletsControl kitchen costs through effective budgeting, inventory management, and supplier negotiationCollaborate closely with hotel management, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding guest experienceQualificationsPrevious Experience as Head Chef in a premium/fine dining environment in hotels or standalone restaurantsDeep knowledge and passion for Italian and mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to innovate while respecting traditionHigh standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality controlFluent in Spanish and high intermediate level in English
