For our client, a modern restaurant celebrating fire-based cooking, premium local ingredients, and genuine hospitality we are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen. Our kitchen takes pride in selecting the finest products and transforming them into contemporary dishes. You will lead with purpose, build high‑performing teams, and create a culture of excellence. This role is about setting standards daily, inspiring your team, and delivering outstanding food and service. As a leader, mentor, and coach, you will drive quality while helping your team grow. A strong understanding of butchery, kitchen organization, and developing people is essential.

Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate kitchen team

Oversee all kitchen operations: prep, ordering, GP, stock control, rotas, and compliance
Maintain exceptional food safety and cleanliness standards
Deliver calm, organized, and consistent service from the pass

Collaborate with front‑of‑house to ensure a seamless guest experience
Drive high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Requisitos clave:
You are an experienced Head Chef or an exceptional Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step
A confident and inspiring leader
Passionate about food, quality, and open fire-based cooking
Experienced in managing high-volume, premium kitchens
Commercially aware, with strong stock, GP, and labour control
Deep understanding of food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance
Committed to coaching and developing your team
Organized, resilient, and calm under pressure
Lead by example and set exceptional standards every day
