Experteer Overview
In this role you design and deliver advanced HV power electronics for electrified vehicles, focusing on next-gen HV/LV DC-DC converters. You work with cross-functional teams on strategic EV/HEV programs to ensure reliable, efficient production-ready designs. You will tackle high-voltage, EMI, and safety challenges, contributing to ECUs and supervisor PCBs while supporting safety and cybersecurity standards. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and verify HV/LV DC-DC converters (isolated and non-isolated topologies)
• Select semiconductors, define magnetics, implement gate-drive and control strategies
• Develop analog and digital circuits using MCU/DSP architectures and interfaces
• Perform simulations with MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, and PSpice
• Apply high-voltage safety and EMC design principles (isolation, PCB layout)
• Design and validate automotive ECUs and supervisor PCBs for LV integration
• Execute hardware testing, bring-up, debugging, and failure analysis
• Support functional safety (ISO 26262), cybersecurity (ISO 21434), and contribute to RFQ/proposals
Responsabilidades
• Engineering or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in power electronics hardware design
• Strong HV DC-DC converter design experience (400–800V)
• Hands-on lab experience with test/measurement equipment
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience in cross-functional, multicultural teams
