The role: GTM Engagement Associate As aGTM Engagement Associate , you’ll work at the intersection ofAI, product, and go-to-market , helping software companies redesign how they sell using autonomous agents. In practice, that means: Work hands-on with AI agents, shaping their behaviour and translating real-world sales processes into autonomous systems Being deeply involved in client conversations, owning deployments end-to-end. Over time, you’ll grow into leading increasingly complex client engagements Partner closely with product and engineering to evolve the platform based on live customer usage You’ll embark in a clearly defined career path to grow within the GTM Engagement team at Supersonik Who we’re looking for We’re looking for high-potential profiles with 0–2 years of experience who want to build, not just analyse. Fluency in English is required (Spanish is not!); additional languages are a strong plus. You might come from: Degree in Engineering or Management Experience in top consulting, investment banking, top tech firms Early-stage startups RevOps, BizOps, or Sales Engineering roles in top SaaS companies That said,we value potential over pedigree , and diverse backgrounds are very welcome at Supersonik.
