The Group also leads in Italy in Securities Services and banking payment services.GROUP ESG SPECIALISTThe candidate will join the Group ESG & financial reporting officer support department, reporting to the relevant Manager.Main responsibilitiesInterfacing with ESG rating agencies, and activities related to managing and developing the Groups ESG profile.Support activities related to the groups ESG profile and the integration of ESG facts into the groups strategy.Data collection related to the environmental and sustainability disclosure in accordance with EU Regulation 2020/852.Drafting the consolidated non‑financial statement.Supporting the TCFD setup.RequirementsBachelor/Master degree in economics or related field.Prior experience in the role in the banking sector and/or leading consulting firms, specifically in non‑financial reporting activities for at least three years.Knowledge of the financial services sector is desirable.Good understanding of key regulations in non‑financial reporting.Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Having completed a university program or masters in ESG will be considered a plus.Punctuality, results‑oriented, flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to travel complement the profile.Fluent in Italian (C1), English (B2); any knowledge of the groups language is considered a plus.What BFF Bank Group can offerA stimulating and challenging work environment with high growth potential and a strong learning culture.Permanent employment contract.Hybrid work possibilities, 3 days out of 5 at the office.Meal vouchers provided both in‑office and during remote work.Rewarding system.Workplace in Barcelona, Spain.Equal opportunity statementAt BFF Bank S.p.A., we are committed to ensuring that every individual has access to equal opportunities and fair treatment.
