The Graduate Operator role at Impala Terminal marks the beginning of a fulfilling and flexible career, involving practical hands-on tasks.It involves taking on different roles in operations within Impala Huelva Terminal to gain a multi-disciplinary knowledge of the function based on “learning by doing”. The role combines basic operations support with periods of apprenticeship, mainly in the field, until the acquisition of a proven knowledge enabling the assumption of the supervisory function if the assessment is positive.## **Key Responsibilities include observing, learning and practicing the following activities :*** Lead all aspects of sailing schedules and ensure operational execution.* Responsible for maintaining high-quality teamwork and efficient execution of operational sailing schedules.* Central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring safety, efficiency, and effective communication.* The traffic control activities in the port* The shipping load and unload task in the Terminal* The Gating, weighbridge, and control room## ## **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*** Engineering studies, preferably in logistics.
