Job Overview
Position: Jefe/A De Partida – Barceló Benidorm Beach (and other variants such as Jefe/A De Partida – Occidental Pueblo Acantilado). Location: Benidorm, Valencian Community, Spain.
Responsibilities

Organizar y distribuir el trabajo en las secciones de su Departamento.
Supervisar la preparación y limpieza de las habitaciones (especialmente en las de clientes VIP), áreas públicas y office de los pisos.
Supervisar la limpieza y rapidez de la entrega de la ropa a los clientes controlando los cargos a éstos por dicho concepto.
Confeccionar los partes de ocupación y comprobar con el Jefe de Recepción las diferencias.
Supervisar el estado del mobiliario, ropa, instalaciones de las habitaciones y la maquinaria de la lavandería.
Comprobar los partes enviados a Servicios Técnicos y garantizar la rapidez de las reparaciones.
Coordinar los bloqueos de habitaciones para mantenimiento y conservación.
Establecer y verificar los stocks de ropa, suministros varios y material de limpieza.
Controlar los gastos de suministros y material de limpieza.
Confeccionar los turnos y horarios del personal.
Enviar al Departamento de Personal los partes de asistencia, bajas, altas, etc.
Responsabilizarse y registrar los objetos encontrados.

Qualifications

Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio Hostelería y Turismo.
Experiencia: imprescindible como Subgobernante/a o Gobernante/a.
Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable segundo idioma.
Se valorarán conocimientos en ofimática.
Capacidad de integración y organización.
Habilidades comunicativas.
