Overview
As Global Value Lead you define the value framework for Global Meetings and Events (GM&E) at Sanofi, translating data into actionable insights and ensuring governance across regions. You establish and monitor KPIs, drive performance scorecards, and benchmark against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities. You translate complex data into compelling narratives for leadership and ensure adherence to global guidelines while managing vendor governance with key logistics partners. This role enables strategic decisions and continuous value delivery in a compliant, globally integrated events ecosystem.
