We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join the Global Reporting Center of Competency, which is part of the Finance Planning & Analysis organization as a Senior Analyst. The position offers significant exposure to senior finance leadership and executive management while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.Reporting and Business InsightsDeliver and enhance RCOC reporting solutions that enable informed business decision‑making across global functions and business units.Partner closely with finance teams and embedded resources throughout the organization to support Actuals, Outlook (OL), and Profit Objective (PO) reporting and analysis processes.Provide insightful analysis of business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to support management decision‑making.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reporting processes, including Price‑Volume‑Currency (PVC) analysis and other key performance metrics.Financial Analysis and Performance MonitoringMonitor month‑end closing activities and proactively analyze financial results to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Identify variances, anomalies, and data inconsistencies, recommending corrective actions where appropriate.Collaborate with accounting centers, regional finance teams, and business finance organizations to resolve reporting issues and improve data quality.Data Governance and System IntegrationEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across source systems and RCOC reporting platforms.Act as a liaison between Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions.Support the design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical applications.Continuous Improvement and Project SupportDrive process optimization, automation initiatives, and reporting standardization efforts.Identify opportunities to streamline reporting activities and improve efficiency through technology and best practices.Participate in cross‑functional projects related to financial systems, reporting transformation, and data management.Provide ad‑hoc analysis, executive‑level reporting, and special project support as requested by RCOC leadership.Position RequisitesFormación: GradoIdiomas: Inglés – B2Conocimientos: SAPExperiencia: 1 añoEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.Professional ExperienceProgressive experience in financial reporting, business analytics, FP&A, controlling, or related finance functions.Demonstrated experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.Experience working within global and matrixed organizations preferred.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of integrated enterprise systems, including SAP (BW, ERP, S/4HANA) and related reporting environments.Advanced proficiency in reporting and data analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, MS Access, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms.Experience with data modeling, data governance, and large‑scale financial datasets is highly desirable.Ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and partner with IT development teams.Leadership and Professional CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for process simplification and automation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior leadership.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global teams and functions.Highly adaptable, resilient, and responsive in a dynamic business environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.Project‑oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through implementation.BenefitsGood salaryWork at a prestigious international company. xcskxlj Possibility of teleworking days.#J-18808-Ljbffr
