Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned QHSE expert to lead our integrated team across three factories worldwide. As Head of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust QHSE system that meets international standards. Main Responsibilities Implement and maintain an integrated QHSE system across all branches, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards. Lead a global QHSE team in three countries, driving best practices and high-performance culture. Conduct customer audits, guaranteeing the highest quality and safety standards. Control and approve/reject incoming materials and suppliers by confirming specifications. Oversee production processes, ensuring adherence to QHSE standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to standards and procedures. Develop and implement a quality control plan, aligning with customer requirements and industry standards. Requirements Prior experience as a QHSE leader or manager. Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage international teams. Proven track record of implementing and maintaining QHSE systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
