pbr/ppbWould you like to join a multinational industrial company with an international footprint and contribute to its global procurement strategy? /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bGlobal Procurement Specialist /b to join the Global Procurement team of a multinational industrial company with operations across Europe and Latin America. /ppThis is an international role that will work cross-functionally with the local procurement teams at each manufacturing site, supporting the implementation of the global procurement strategy while participating in supplier development, digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. /ppbr/ppbYour mission /b /ppbr/ppAs a bGlobal Procurement Specialist /b, you will become part of the global direct procurement team, supporting the definition and implementation of the Group's procurement strategy across its different manufacturing plants. /ppbr/ppYou will work closely with local Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure the supply of direct materials, identify synergies across sites, optimize costs, develop strategic supplier relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Procurement function. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliSupport the Procurement teams across the Group's manufacturing sites in Europe and Latin America. /liliContribute to the definition and deployment of the Corporate Direct Procurement strategy. /liliNegotiate with national and international suppliers for the sourcing of raw materials, components and production materials. /liliLead supplier sourcing, qualification, evaluation and development processes. /liliIdentify cost-saving opportunities, standardization initiatives and synergies across manufacturing sites. /liliParticipate in the negotiation of global framework agreements and strategic contracts. /liliAnalyze market trends, commodity developments and supply risks. /liliCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations teams on continuous improvement initiatives. /liliDevelop and monitor corporate procurement KPIs, dashboards and reporting, providing insights to support decision-making. /liliAnalyze procurement performance, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing action plans. /liliSupport the continuous development and digitalization of Procurement systems and tools, contributing to process optimization, reporting capabilities and data quality. /liliParticipate in corporate transformation projects aimed at improving the Procurement function. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor's degree in Engineering. /lili5 to 8 years of experience in Procurement within industrial manufacturing companies. /liliPrevious experience in Direct Procurement (raw materials, components or production materials) will be highly valued. /liliProven experience negotiating with national and international suppliers. /liliGood understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and supply chain management. /liliHigh level of English, essential for working in an international environment. /liliExperience using ERP systems and advanced Excel. /liliExperience with reporting and data analysis tools will be considered an asset. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat do we offer? /b /ppbr/pulliThe opportunity to join a multinational industrial company with an international footprint. /liliA global role with direct impact on the Group's global procurement strategy. /liliParticipation in international projects and collaboration with teams across Europe and Latin America. /liliThe opportunity to contribute to procurement transformation, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliA professional development plan within a dynamic, collaborative and growing international organization. /li /ul
