We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Mobility Specialist based in Europe to support our mobility programs. This position is to cover a maternity leave for 6 months, with a high likelihood of transitioning to a permanent full-time role.

Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters across various European countries to ensure seamless delivery of mobility practices, including but not limited to onboarding / off-boarding, visa processing, payroll, income tax, and system administration.
Ensure client satisfaction by serving as the point of contact for escalations related to international mobility.
Work closely with other members of the global mobility team for information sourcing and documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information of professionals, in compliance with privacy policies.
Perform any other supporting tasks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Native speaker of Spanish; fluency both in English and French.
Approximately 2 years of work experience in HR or B2B service delivery.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in one or more European countries, or a strong willingness to learn.
Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people at all levels across multiple countries.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
