As an Intern in Global Marketing – Hair Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Product Manager in the development and launch of new projects and brand initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating various activities related to product launches, brand communication, and market research to drive the success of our beauty and cosmetics portfolio.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and execute new projects and brand launches, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market trends.
Coordinate the creation and approval of artwork assets with internal stakeholders, markets, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
Monitor and co-create social media initiatives, ensuring content is aligned with marketing strategies.
Manage the development and production of merchandising and promotional materials, liaising with suppliers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with creative agencies / internal teams to develop and deliver various communication materials, including advertising campaigns, product videos, and digital content.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather consumer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Provide support to markets by addressing brand-related inquiries and collecting feedback to enhance brand performance and customer satisfaction.Experience, Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing; Postgraduate/ Masters degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or Dermocosmetics is preferred.
Positive, dynamic, and confident personality with strong communication, teamwork, and creative skills.
Structured thinker with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Core competency in Microsoft Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
