Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the global commercial launch of IgA nephropathy initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts to align with brand goals and regional needs. You will drive AI-enabled marketing, scaling rapid test-and-learn campaigns to diverse markets while expanding capabilities to related assets (PNH, HUS, pipeline). You will collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure compliant materials and coach teams to adopt AI tools. This is a high-impact, transformation-focused position within a dynamic Hematology & Nephrology portfolio.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in scientific or business discipline; minimum 10 years in global pharma, brand strategy, or commercial launch
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken
• Hands-on Generative AI and/or predictive analytics experience for campaigns
• Proven vendor management experience with external technology vendors
• Track record of cross-functional leadership at country and global levels
• Strong operational delivery mindset with agile marketing and change management
• Direct experience in prelaunch, launch, or in-line marketing
• Willingness to work in-office at least three days per week and up to 15% international travel
