In this global role, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement across our External Supply Operations (ESO), lead complex transformation projects, and drive operational performance through Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.You will be responsible for building capability, driving value creation, and establishing a strong performance management framework across the end-to-end ESO network and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbed a continuous improvement and problem-solving culture across ESO operationsLead global transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri, and other strategic methodologiesDeliver Lean Six Sigma belt training and build operational excellence capability across teamsDefine and implement global performance management KPIs for ESODrive value creation projects and process optimization across the ESO networkPromote knowledge sharing and best practices across global teamsSupport stakeholders in identifying and implementing targeted improvement opportunitiesLead workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to build internal capabilitiesPromote data-driven decision-making and track benefits through KPI movement and financial impactFoster an active learning environment and continuous development cultureWhat We’re Looking ForUniversity degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering , or related fieldLean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred10+ years of experience applying improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Shingo, etc.)Hands-on production experience in a leadership roleExperience in pharmaceutical or external supply environments is a strong advantageProven track record of leading complex global projectsStrong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skillsProficient in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP ) and digital productivity tools (e.g., Power BI, Mural )Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plusWillingness to travel (approx. 20–30% )Key CompetenciesStrong influencing and stakeholder management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical mindsetInnovative thinker with a passion for digital solutionsAbility to work across cultural boundaries and all organizational levelsSkilled in change management and driving transformationEffective communicator with strong presentation skillsSelf-starter with a collaborative and proactive approachWhat We OfferWorking in an agile, multicultural, global organization enabling growth for Galderma.
