Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Location: BarcelonaLanguage: English (mandatory)Puig is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Global Head of Media Data to build and lead a best-in-class media data capability across Paid, Owned, and Earned ecosystems with our CRM, Consumer and Media Data & Insight Team (Consumer & AI Accelerator Office team), supporting our portfolio of brands across all markets.This role is critical to transforming media data into a core business driver, enabling:• smarter investment decisions• advanced performance measurement• scalable AI and data use casesThe Head of Media Data will act as a central pillar between Business, Data and Tech, ensuring that media data is structured, reliable, and fully activated to deliver measurable impact.Scope & Team LeadershipYou will lead a multidisciplinary team including:• Global Paid Media Data Manager• Global Social Data Data Manager• Global Media Data Product Manager• Global Media Tracking ManagerYou will build a strong center of expertise, combining:• media analytics• data governance & tracking• data productsWhat you'll get to do1. Media Data Strategy & Transformation• Define and lead the global Media Data strategy and roadmap• Position media data as a strategic asset supporting business growth and transformation• Build a long-term vision integrating:o measuremento consumer understandingo AI-driven use cases2. Advanced Measurement & Performance Excellence• Lead end-to-end media measurement strategy, including:o Attribution frameworkso Brand & performance measurement• Oversee econometric and advanced analytics approaches to:o quantify marketing impacto optimize media investmentso support budget allocation decisions• Drive the evolution towards holistic, cross-channel performance measurement3. Media Data Ecosystem, Governance & Tracking• Define and enforce global media data standards, including:o tracking frameworks (tagging, pixels, taxonomy)o KPI harmonizationo data models across Paid / Owned / Earned• Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across all markets and platforms• Partner with Tech and Data Governance teams to build a robust, future-proof ecosystem4. Data Products & Scalable Activation• Structure media data into reusable, scalable data products (dashboards, datasets, models, AI use cases)• Define roadmap, use cases, and prioritization based on business value• Ensure delivery of self-serve, high-quality analytics assets• Drive adoption of data solutions across brands and markets5. Insight Generation & Business Impact• Transform complex analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations• Build strong narratives linking:o media performanceo consumer behavioro business outcomes• Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders on media investment decisions6. Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management• Act as the key interface between Business, Media, Tech, Data, and external partners• Collaborate with:o Global & Local Marketing teamso Media agencieso Tools vendorso Data & Tech teams• Align stakeholders around a shared measurement and data vision7. Team Leadership & Capability Building• Build and lead a high-performing team of media data experts• Develop capabilities across:o advanced analyticso data product mindseto business translation of insights• Create a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovationWe'd love to meet you if you haveExperience• 12+ years in media analytics, data, or digital performance roles• Strong experience in advanced measurement (MMM, attribution, econometrics)• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs• Experience leading teams and building data capabilities at scale• Background in consumer goods, beauty, or luxury is a strong plusTechnical & Functional Expertise• Deep understanding of:o Paid / Owned / Earned media ecosystems (Camphouse, Supermetrics, Meltwater, Lefty...)o Media tracking & data collection (GA4, tagging, etc.)o Cross-channel measurement frameworks• Strong analytical background (econometrics, statistics, modeling)• Experience with:o SQL / data environments (Big Query)o Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)o Data products and data lifecycle (from ingestion to activation)Leadership & Soft Skills• Strategic thinker with strong business knowledge• Ability to translate complex data into impact for business stakeholders• Excellent communication and influencing skills• High capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously• Strong collaboration mindset across business and tech teamsMindset• Business-driven and impact-oriented• Data expert with strong pragmatism• Curious, forward-looking, innovation-driven• Hands-on when necessary, but operating at strategic leadership levelWe welcome Creators Of All Kinds.
