Experteer Overview
In this role you will plan, coordinate, and execute global congresses, tradeshows, customer events, and product launches to support ClearCorrect’s brand and commercial objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage logistics, budgets, and on-site delivery across multiple regions, ensuring consistency with global brand standards. You will oversee the full event lifecycle from planning to post-event reporting, driving timely, high-quality events in a fast-paced, global environment. This position provides a meaningful opportunity to shape global events and enhance the customer experience through strategic partnerships and process improvements.

• Plan and execute global congresses, tradeshows, customer events, advisory boards, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives
• Manage event plans, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent projects
• Ensure events are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards and business goals
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and regional teams
• Lead and support strategic event initiatives and projects
• Oversee event logistics (venues, travel, registration, production, exhibits, speaker coordination, onsite)
• Manage vendor relationships and external partners for quality delivery
• Assist with contract management, budget tracking, and financial administration
• Develop attendee engagement materials and branded experiences
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, procurement, and company requirements
• Track metrics, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to developing global event processes, tools, and best practices
• Demonstrate agility in changing priorities and business needs
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management or related areas
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and event logistics
• Ability to collaborate across cultures, functions, and regions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Asana, CVENT; other project management platforms preferred
• Strong English proficiency (C1)
• Willingness to travel 20% domestically and internationally
• Availability for events during evenings and weekends when needed
