The Role
Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot issues.
Provide excellent service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable.
Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Your Qualifications
Excellent German skills (C1 minimum) with good command of English.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
Possess basic computer literacy and adaptability to learn new systems.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
