OverviewFunctional Consultant (Junior) (Level 2 Support)Location: Malaga | Employment Type: HybridJob DescriptionWe are seeking a junior consultant (no experienced) to join our support team, providing Level 2 functional expertise in SAP MM (Supplier master data - Business Partner).The ideal candidate will be responsible for data and user management, resolving incidents, analyzing system issues, and supporting enhancements related to supplier master data in SAP.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 support for SAP MM-related incidents, service requests and data/user managementAnalyze and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolutionCollaborate with business users and technical teams to implement process improvementsSupport configuration changes and testing activitiesDocument solutions and maintain knowledge baseEscalation to level 3 if neededRequirements(Nice to have) Experience in SAP MM(Nice to have) Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)(Nice to have) Understanding of basic procurement process and supplier master data in SAPGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentLanguages: English mandatory (B2-C1) & French B1-B2 is nice to have
