YOUR MISSIONOur company is growing, and we are looking for a Functional Consultant (m/f) to join our team in Madrid.Working closely with our client’s services and team members in Spain and France, you will work on PLM projects in the aerospace industry.Your main mission will be to convert customer business needs into robust functional specifications that drive the effective implementation of our solution.This position requires a security clearance and presence at the client site in Getafe.YOUR ROLEParticipating in workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify needs, and translate them into clear functional specifications through user storiesAnalysing As Is processes, highlighting gaps or inefficiencies, and contributing to the design of To Be processes (gap analysis)Producing clear and structured functional documentation, including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaContributing to the management of functional dependenciesDefining test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements; executing functional, integration, and UAT tests; documenting results; identifying, qualifying, and following up on defects with technical teams to ensure timely resolutionMaintaining clear and up-to-date progress tracking in JIRAEscalating alerts to the Functional LeaderParticipating in regular project meetings (daily meetings, user story validation sessions, and other internal meetings) to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery progressWorking closely with project managers, developers, data specialists, and business representatives to ensure coherent and effective delivery YOUR PROFILEUniversity degreeExperience as Functional ConsultantGood level of EnglishTeam spiritExcellent communication skillsAbility to handle different topics in parallel, while demonstrating rigor and strong commitmentThe following skills would be an asset:Databases knowledgeOperating Systems: Unix, Linux, WindowsKnowledge of JiraExperience in the industrial sectorExperience in PLM functional roleScripting knowledge
