Now Hiring: Full-Time Sales Coordinator / Administrator

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team on the Orihuela Costa.

Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and sales support to the real estate team
Be the first point of contact for clients and enquiries
Coordinate appointments and maintain excellent customer service
Help ensure smooth and professional day‑to‑day operations
Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Advanced Spanish is preferred and other languages advantageous
Some experience in real estate is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work well in a team
Able to take feedback and work well under pressure
Sales minded to maximise on conversion of leads
