What would your day-to-day look like?
Implementing invoice processing procedures
Tracking, reviewing and approving invoices within the deadline
Supporting international Operation and Finance department
Customer Service

What You´ll Need
High School (higher education level will be value)
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Financial and/or freight forwarding background can be an advantage
Interested in learning our systems and processes
Be multi-tasking, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Quality and efficiency driven
Have strong teamwork and organizational skill
Customer-service mindset
Intermediate PC user, familiar with MS Office suite and Outlook
Flexible work, initiating between 8:30-9:30 and finishing between 16:30-19:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
