As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role to ensure the successful execution of client projects while contributing to their continuous improvement.Dedication: Part‑timeLocation: Europe ZoneProject Length: TemporalWork model: TeleworkingMain ResponsibilitiesDirect the conceptual and visual aspects of video productions: moodboards, storyboards, look and feel.Review audiovisual deliverables before client delivery, ensuring brand consistency and creative quality.Collaborate with the editing team and the Creativity Manager on B2B marketing projects.Adapt the visual language to the tone and needs of each client.Background & SkillsSolid experience in art direction applied to video (not editing).Knowledge of formats for social media and digital marketing.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).Strong brand sensitivity and ability to adapt the visual language to each client.Availability within European working hours (coordination with a team based in Barcelona).Modality: freelance, project-based collaboration.Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools applied to video production (Runway, Sora, Midjourney,
