Within our Taste business, the Global Operations Finance team partners with Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial teams across the Flavors division to drive productivity, optimize costs and support strategic decision‑making. As an FP&A Operations Financial Analyst, you will prepare economic, financial and statistical analysis to support the development of business strategies and tactics. You will apply advanced financial and analytical techniques, manage your workload independently and consistently meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Prepare detailed financial, economic, and statistical analyses to support operational performance and strategic decision‑making.Track and consolidate productivity initiatives, ensuring accurate financial benefit measurement and reporting.Analyze operational KPIs and cost drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the Flavors division.Conduct cost benchmarking and variance analysis, recommending actions to improve P&L performance.Support monthly and quarterly results reporting, including profitability analysis, commentary, and insights for senior leadership.Lead financial modeling for productivity, RSA reduction, and working‑capital improvement projects.Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget cycles with robust assumptions, scenario modelling, and variance explanations.Develop and enhance standard financial processes, reporting tools, and continuous improvement frameworks.Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements across Operations Finance.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent).+5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations, ideally in a multinational environment.Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate them into clear insights and recommendations.Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, cost drivers and working capital, with experience analyzing operational KPIs.Proven project management skills and ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional initiatives.High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, dashboards); experience with ERP systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate outputs.Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvements.
How You Would Stand Out
Fluency in data analytic and visualization tools such as PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Python, and a strong interest in automation, standardization and digitalization of finance processes.Fluency in English.Prior experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) applied in Operations.Excellent communication and networking skills, enabling effective collaboration with global, cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
