FP&A Manager – ESTEVE The Operations FP&A Manager provides financial visibility and decision support to Operations Area - Supply Chain. This role will also be responsible for the financial controlling of a manufacturing plant located in Germany, with annual revenues of €7 million, fully invoiced within the group. This role owns the design and implementation of the FP&A Operations framework, ensuring robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and strong business partnering across the Operations organization. Responsibilities Financial Planning & Control for Operations Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for Operations (internal manufacturing and CMOs). Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with variance analysis and actionable insights. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and industry standards. Cost Analysis & Profitability Validate standard costs and monitor actual vs. standard cost variances, assessing impact on product margins. Support sourcing decisions and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with Procurement and Controlling. Analyze operational KPIs and identify efficiency opportunities. CAPEX Management Lead the implementation and enhancement of existing processes for CAPEX approvals and investment tracking. Manage CAPEX planning, tracking, and financial evaluation (ROI, NPV, IRR). Monitor execution, capitalization, and depreciation; provide monthly reporting and forecasts. Inventory & Working Capital Partner with Supply Chain to optimize inventory levels and working capital. Monitor obsolescence risk and propose mitigation actions. Process & Digital Enablement Drive efficiency in FP&A processes; identify automation opportunities. Leverage BI tools for advanced analytics and visualization. Business Partnering Act as financial advisor to Operations leadership, providing guidance on financial implications of business decisions & supporting strategic decisions. Participate in Operations leadership meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Studies Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. Other Specialized Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling and SAP. Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Languages Fluent in English and Spanish. Professional Experience 5+ years of experience in Operational Finance preferably within Pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.
