Experteer Overview In this Finance Analyst role within the Retail Media FPu0026amp; A team, you partner withoperations to monitor investments, manage Opex, and tie resource allocation to business outcomes. You consolidate global Retail Media costs, support governance and planning, and translate financial and operational KPIs into actionable insights for leadership. You work closely with cross-functional teams and senior finance to challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy. This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders in a fast-evolving, strategic business that drives growth in Retail Media.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Partner with Retail Media leaders on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, leading expense planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis
- Consolidate operating costs across regions, functions, and cost centers for a global spend view
- Own and support topline and contribution reporting including actuals, forecasts, budgets, run-rate analysis, risks and opportunities, and variances
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, linking spend and headcount to productivity and business performance
- Support planning, forecasting, and monthly close analysis ensuring assumptions align with priorities
- Collaborate with Finance, leaders, and central teams to improve forecast accuracy and reinforce financial discipline
- Develop leadership materials for reviews and CFO discussions with clear investment and productivity messaging
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses on resource allocation, efficiency opportunities, and operating leverage
- Participate in monthly close processes with Controllership and Accounting teamsResponsabilidades
- First experience in FPu0026A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role
- Strong business acumen with interest in tech-driven business models
- Strong financial modelling and data analytics with advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Good English communication and stakeholder management across regions and US-based stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex financial/operational info into clear messages for senior stakeholders
