Working closely with our VP Sales and CEO & Co‑Founder, you will launch and structure our Cyber Outsourcing Offering in Europe and the USA.Key ResponsibilitiesActively participate in defining the Cyber Outsourcing commercial strategy: positioning, pitch, pricing, and qualification process across different markets and customer segments.Structure the Cyber Outsourcing Sales Cycle: define and implement the sales process for our subscription‑based cyber offerings (Manage €9.90 & Secure €24.90 per device/month), from prospecting to closing, adapting our approach to SMBs' cybersecurity and IT management needs.Work closely with other Account Executives to generate leads, ensure follow‑up, and convert opportunities.Identify, prospect, and close traditional SMBs across Europe and the USA that would benefit from our cyber outsourcing solutions, building a solid and qualified pipeline across multiple markets.Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting traditional SMBs (100–500 employees) across Europe and the USA.Take ownership of revenue targets, manage pipeline end‑to‑end across multiple markets, and ensure long‑term customer satisfaction and retention.Required QualificationsTop performer in sales, used to working in challenging environments.Scientific background or degree from a tier‑1 Business School.Relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment (startup, scale‑up, venture capital, consulting) and familiar with launching projects from scratch.Proven track record of developing and executing outbound strategies.Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty; speed matters.Ambitious competitor, operational mindset, resourceful.Analytical mind, ability to solve problems.Curiosity about the technical aspects of cybersecurity outsourcing solutions.Understanding of subscription business models and metrics like MRR, churn, and LTV.Fluent in French and English (mandatory).Desire to learn and implement new sales techniques and methodologies.Bonus: third language (Spanish, German, Italian, or another European language).Bonus: experience in complex B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, IT services, or managed services.Benefits & CompensationUnique opportunity to launch a strategic new cyber outsourcing offering for Fleet across Europe and the USA and structure it from A to Z.Competitive compensation package: attractive base plus variable aligned with performance.International exposure: sell to clients across Europe and the USA.Access to a network of Tier 1 VCs, entrepreneurs, and operators.Talented and ambitious team of around 30 people, experienced founders and managers.Early‑stage spirit with autonomy, strong responsibilities, and impact in daily management and strategic projects.Advice and introductions within our network for future career in the sector.Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate there.
