The RoleWe are looking for a Founding AI Builder.This is a highly hands‑on role.You will design, build, and deploy AI systems across multiple operating companies — fast.You will work directly with the founder and own AI execution across the group. What You’ll Do Build AI agents for: Sales & lead handling, Booking & customer operations, Recruitment & matching, Internal workflows (finance, admin, ops). Automate real workflows used by real teams. Integrate AI into existing systems (CRM, booking platforms, internal tools). Ship fast: MVPs in days/weeks, not months. Continuously improve based on real data. Hands‑on experience with LLMs, APIs, and automation tools. Ability to move fast and ship real solutions. Strong understanding of business processes. High ownership and independence. We do not want applicants who are purely strategic or theoretical, have not shipped real AI systems, or move slowly / need heavy structure. Compensation Competitive compensation.
