Our platform removes the friction companies face when trying to deploy voice agents - by combining a purpose-built tech stack with hands-on implementation. We integrate deeply and deliver in days rather than months, building each agent from the ground up. Armed with previous experience in scaling sales and tech orgs, we’re already supporting mid-market and enterprise customers across Europe. Based in Barcelona but operating across Europe we deliver solutions tailored to local languages, market needs and regulatory realities. Your Mission ✨ As Founders Associate at flyboard, you’ll support us founders (Edu, Jaime, Max) across a variety of strategic and operational projects in a rapidly evolving market. You will: Contribute directly our go-to-market and customer success Take ownership of initiatives to optimize our internal workflows. Tackling strategic projects in all areas we are looking into Learn and understand what it takes to build and launch cutting edge Voice AI solutions Collaborate closely with our founding team, gaining experience in everything from business development to fundraising and any other areas you are interested in. Ideal Profile You’ll thrive in this role if you: Are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering/STEM, or related fields. Have experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with internships or ideally full-time work in consulting, investment banking, venture capital or start-ups. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and an ability to break down complex issues effectively. Are a self-starter with a hands-on approach, a quick learner, and a solution-oriented mindset. Are curious and want to learn about all aspects of an early stage startup Want to build in AI Possess excellent communication skills in English, other European languages are a plus What We Offer
