We are looking for a Fleet Area Manager to lead the development of our fleet business, build strong relationships with key corporate clients, and contribute to the growth of one of the most ambitious automotive projects in the market in Madrid. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage business opportunities with corporate clients, institutions, and large fleet accounts. Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tender processes, and negotiate key commercial terms. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and post-sales follow-up. Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and services. Maintain and manage CRM systems, commercial reporting, and market analysis to support business growth. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the automotive, transportation, leasing, or fleet management sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and key account management skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and CRM tools. Highly results-driven, autonomous, and analytical mindset.
