This role combines strong financial acumen with analytical and operational expertise to ensure efficient use of cash, mitigate financial risks, and support strategic decision-making. /p pThis position also plays an active role in FPA activities, including forecasting, variance analysis, business case development, and analytics support, with a particular focus on cash flow, working capital, and liquidity drivers. The role operates at the intersection of treasury and FPA, providing a comprehensive view of financial performance and cash generation. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 h3Treasury Liquidity Management /h3 ul liManage daily cash positioning and liquidity across global bank accounts /li liDevelop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including driver-based assumptions and variance analysis /li liExecute and monitor cash transactions (wires, ACH, intercompany funding, investments) /li liManage banking relationships, including account structure, services, and fee optimization /li liSupport debt compliance, covenant reporting, and lender deliverables /li liAssist with capital structure and financing activities /li /ul h3FPA, Business Case Analytics Support /h3 ul liOwn and support key FPA deliverables, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with a focus on cash flow, working capital, and liquidity /li liAnalyze financial results and translate PL performance into cash flow impacts /li liDevelop and evaluate business cases, including ROI analysis, investment modeling, and scenario planning /li liProvide analytics support by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance and cash generation /li liEvaluate key drivers of working capital, including DSO, DPO, and inventory trends /li liSupport decision-making through financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc analysis /li liPartner cross-functionally to drive data-backed recommendations /li liMonitor FX and interest rate exposure; support hedging strategies where applicable /li liEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements /li /ul h3Reporting Process Improvement /h3 ul liPrepare and deliver liquidity, cash flow, and financial performance reporting to senior leadership /li liBuild and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) /li liDrive automation and process improvements across treasury and FPA workflows /li liCollaborate with Accounting, FPA, Tax, Legal, and banking partners /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. /li li4–7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, FPA, or related finance roles. /li liExperience with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations required. /li liExposure to debt management, capital markets, or treasury systems preferred. /li liExperience in a global, multi-currency environment preferred. /li liCTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification is a plus. /li liEquivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pZimVie offers a challenging role with strong career prospects in an international medical device company, along with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including: /p ul liPermanent contract /li liCompetitive compensation and bonus /li liPrivate life, health, and dental insurance /li liDaycare vouchers to support working parents. /li liEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) providing confidential psychological support. /li liWellbeing initiatives, including onsite yoga classes and fresh fruit in the office. /li liLearning development opportunities through internal and external training programs. /li /ul pZimVie is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
