We are looking for strategic Finance Manager based in Spain to serve as trusted advisors to our European business leaders, providing financial insight, analysis, and support to drive business performance. These roles will partner cross-functionally to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives for our BESS solutions and operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to European business unit leaders, offering financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Support business case development and investment decisions, including ROI analysis. Lead financial aspects of strategic initiatives and capital projects from planning through execution. Financial Planning and Analysis Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, forecasts, and budgets. Lead or support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities for the European entities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial risks, and opportunities. Compliance and Reporting Collaborate with accounting, tax, legal, and operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS, EU, and local GAAP requirements. Participate in audits, internal controls, and other compliance activities. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
