We seek curious, responsible people eager to learn quickly.About the roleWe are looking for a Finance Support to join the Finance team and assist Cris, Finance Manager, with daily operational accounting tasks, expense control, and reporting. It’s an ideal role for someone with a solid accounting foundation and a strong desire to learn in a dynamic environment.Your mission will be to ensure financial information is always up-to-date, organized, and reliable, contributing to the efficiency of the department.Key responsibilitiesReview and recording of invoices in the accounting system.Bank reconciliations and follow-up on pending collections/payments.Booking of simple journal entries and support in accounting closings.Expense classification and allocation to projects or departments.Management of expense tickets (review, claims, and preparation of payment batches).Preparation of customer advances (invoice creation, confirmation with consultant, and bank reconciliation).Preparation of documentation for the annual audit.General support in accounting documentation, internal reporting, and financial process improvement.What we’re looking forStudies in Higher Vocational Training, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar.1–2 years of experience (or internships) in accounting or financial administration.Good command of Excel / Google Sheets.Organizational skills.Proactive attitude and focus on continuous improvement.Ability to complete tasks from start to finish, with autonomy and responsibility.Good communication and teamwork skills.We value:Experience in tech SMEs.Knowledge of accounting tools (Odoo, QuickBooks, etc.).Intermediate English (to read documentation or communicate with suppliers).What we offerDynamic environment with fast learning and direct exposure to the business.Close mentoring from Cris, the Finance Manager.Flexible hours and hybrid model if desired (2–3 office days).Opportunity to grow within the finance area as the company evolves.
