ppWe are looking for a reliable and flexible bIT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) /b to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or when it is needed for dispatch activity's /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. /li liInstall, configure, and maintain hardware and software as per organizational standards. /li liPerform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT assets. /li liHandle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support. /li liCoordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations. /li liManage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation. /li liPerform system imaging for laptops and desktops. /li liSupport printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations. /li liAssist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies. /li liProvide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service. /li liSupport Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting. /li liInstall and troubleshoot compliance/security software. /li liProvide support for Mac devices alongside Windows systems. /li liEnsure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). /li liDocument incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles. /li liSupport after-hours activities, events, and recurring meetings when required. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and configuration. /li liHands‑on experience with hardware support and peripheral devices. /li liBasic networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity. /li liExperience in printer/network printer setup and troubleshooting. /li liFamiliarity with Office 365 support. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work independently in a dynamic environment. /li liExperience in inventory management and vendor coordination. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
