If you are interested in this job, please contact me via Linkedin or send your updated CV toWhat you’ll do?As aField service Engineer(After-Sales Engineer), you’ll be a critical technical resource and a strategic partner for our clients for the long-term, working closely with customers to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, repair, inspection, maintenance and ongoing optimization of our product. Your expertise will help our customers achieve maximum value from Reemoon, fostering lasting relationships.This is an opportunity for someone passionate about machine and the automation sector who enjoys solving challenging problems in the fruit sorting equipment. You will leverage your technical acumen and deep product knowledge to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.Perform maintenance, regular inspections, and servicing of company-delivered equipment.
Responsible for the installation, acceptance, and on-site operation training of new equipment.
Provide on-site support for company’s major projects.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to monitor equipment performance and address service needs.What you’ll bring?Major in Mechanical engineering, Automation or a related field.
Previous experience in a Field service engineer(After-Sales Engineer) or similar position.
Extensive experience in in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions.What else you must have to apply?Have ambition on career and can accept overtime work if it is necessary for the business.
Can travel on-site to our client's site according to the business requirement.
