Multilingual Service Support Engineer – Madrid, SpainOur client is looking for a Service Support Engineer to join their team in Madrid. This role is focused on providing remote technical support for complex systems, assisting both customers and internal teams, and ensuring a high level of service across the EMEAI region.The ideal candidate will combine strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset. You'll be working in an international environment, supporting installations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping to improve overall customer experience.Key responsibilities include:Delivering remote support via phone, email, and chat to customers, distributors, and colleaguesTroubleshooting issues related to Central Control systems, software, and network connectivityManaging service-related tasks such as database migrations, remote diagnostics, and system optimisationPreparing and delivering technical training sessions, both online and in-personContributing to service process improvements and efficiency initiativesSupporting timely service plan renewals and other value-added service offeringsRequired profile:Degree in Engineering, Agronomy, IT or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk environmentsStrong technical understanding of wireless/mobile networks and remote support toolsClear, confident communicator with a structured and analytical approachAble to work independently and in collaboration with international teamsWilling to travel up to 10%Languages:Fluency in EnglishIn addition, either: German or ItalianLocation: Madrid, SpainApply directly on LinkedIn or send your application to: seif.bibimoune@talentsfirst.com
