ppJob Title: Field Sales Engineer – Spain /ppCompany: Richardson Electronics, Ltd. Type: Full time /ph3Job Description /h3pUnder direction, promote and implement our Partners product portfolio and develop business at OEM accounts to attain sales and gross‑margin goals for the district. This position may include project or managerial responsibilities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage sales development and market penetration at assigned OEM. /liliIdentify key opportunities using a demand‑creation model at OEM. /liliDevelop top‑account sales and profit growth. /liliGrow and maintain a solid demand‑registration funnel. /liliExpand associated selling to maximize revenue at key accounts. /liliCollaborate with vendors or their representatives to implement growth strategies. /liliAnalyze and evaluate sales performance relative to forecasts, quotas, and potential. /liliStay informed on market changes and trends, reporting these to product managers and superiors. /liliAttend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and seminars as required. /liliPrepare and submit all required reports, expenses, projections, and budgets punctually. /liliTrain sales associates as assigned. /liliPerform other duties as assigned. /li /ulpSupervisory Requirements: None. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulli5–7 years of sales experience in a technical product line. /liliEE or Electronic/Electronic Technical degree with related marketing courses or equivalent required. /liliThorough knowledge of the products, product applications, and market price policy. /liliThorough knowledge of sales techniques and methods. /liliSome knowledge of sales‑management techniques required. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Commitment /h3pRichardson Electronics is an international organization devoted to fostering a workplace where all employees have equal opportunities to succeed, grow, and contribute.
