The RoleThis is a high-impact, field-based position where you’ll spend the majority of your time in-store across a large territory. You’ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life across 100+ doors, working closely with Beauty Advisors and store teams to drive sell-out, elevate product knowledge, and maximise in-store performance.You are the face of the brand this role requires confidence, credibility, and proven experience operating within Sephora or similar environments. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn field sales & education strategy and execution across your territoryVisit 140+ retail doors, delivering impactful in-store supportLead engaging product training sessions for Beauty Advisors and store leadershipDrive sales through side-by-side selling, coaching, and activationsBuild strong, lasting relationships with Sephora teams and retail partnersEnsure exceptional in-store standards and brand visibilityGather competitor insights and provide actionable field feedbackSupport key launches, events, and peak trading periodsTravel extensively this is a true field-based role Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)Proven field sales experience within the Beauty industryDirect experience working with Sephora is a MUST Demonstrated success driving sell-out within multi-door retail xcskxlj environmentsStrong background in beauty education and in-store training delivery What We’re Looking ForConfident, credible communicator who can influence and inspire in-store teamsA natural relationship builder with store managers and Beauty AdvisorsHighly organised and self-driven comfortable working independently on the roadCommercially minded with a clear focus on sales performance and resultsPassionate about beauty, storytelling, and delivering exceptional brand experiences Locations AvailableParisMilanMadrid
