ph3Job Function /h3pOffshore /ph3Employment Type /h3pPermanent /ppYinson is a dynamic, equal opportunity employer with great organisational culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver powerful solutions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pOperator shall be in charge of the vigente production process activities, as well as of the operation and maintenance of the process equipment. /ppOperator is responsible for ensuring that the his / her day-to-day activities and his/her peers, are carried out in a safe and healthy manner and that the impact of such activities on the environment is within acceptable limits. /pulliCarry out measurements to maintain condition of process equipment / area and follow up 1st line maintenance according to the PMS (Planned Maintenance System) and applicable operational procedures. /liliPerform mechanical primary checks (visual vibration, heat and noise). /liliAdd oil on pumps when required. /liliClean filters / strainers change gasket where specialized knowledge is not required (pressure class max #150 and 6 inch and no lifting gear required). /liliGeneral housekeeping of the process plant. /liliProcess vessels clean out. /liliDrainage of equipment. /liliPrepare equipment for DFPV (Depressurization, Flushing, Purging and Venting), including draining and cleaning of vessels and equipment. /liliPreserve equipment according to preservation routines. /liliAssist in maintenance of process equipment when there is no production. /liliTraining of the production operator trainee. /liliCarry out the duties and tasks as specified in the Emergency Response Plan. /liliReport any abnormal situation and / or condition to his / her immediate supervisor. /liliField Operators can open flanges where specialized knowledge is not required (pressure class max. 150 and no lifting equipment required), however, tightening/bolt-up shall only be performed by specialized personnel (maintenance). /li /ulh3Field Operations /h3ulliAssist the lead op. for daily reports as required. /liliAssist in the preparation isolation de-isolation of equipment during maintenance interventions. /liliAssist with the shutdown and start-up of process equipment and relevant utilities. /liliVisually inspect the safety equipment and report any abnormality, executing the required work according to issued work permits. /liliAssist any member of the team in cases of necessity, ensuring work is performed in a safe condition. /liliBe part of intervention team, keeping the work environment tidy and clean. /liliOperator must perform the work required by his superior and perform tasks according to company procedures, including administrative or operational tasks. /li /ulh3Emergency Response /h3pCarry out the duties and tasks as specified in the Emergency Response Plan. /ph3HSE Responsibilities /h3pResponsible for maintaining a high degree of awareness. /pulliLead by doing; setting an example for others. /liliObserve and report any unsafe activities, conditions or situations. /liliIf you observe anything unsafe use the ‘Stop Work’ Policy. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
