Are you passionate about fashion, sports and an active lifestyle?In OYSHO, we are looking for a talented Fashion Buyer to join our department.Our location is in Tordera (Barcelona) from where you will be able to design collections and set the trends on sportswear for all our stores worldwide.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse the previous year’s sales performance and the season’s key trends to identify the main sales needs and opportunities.Collaborate with the design team throughout the initial and final product selection process, considering timing, seasonal trends and sales requirements based on previous year’s results.Define the final buying structure once the product has been selected and the budget has been sent by the management control department for the family and sub‑family buying.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a collaborative approach at all times while negotiating the best terms, including prices and delivery dates.Monitor production closely to ensure compliance with the agreed terms, conditions and timelines.Carry out the sample fittings with the pattern/quality and design teams and provide suppliers with feedback to adjust and improve the samples.Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure a fresh, unique and relevant approach to buying.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar post within the fashion and retail sector.Analytical profile, with negotiation skills and sensitivity for fashion and the product (fabrics, qualities, patterns).Higher education qualification in Economics, Business Administration and Management or Business Studies.High level of English and Spanish.BenefitsOpportunities to grow, learn, and make a difference.Access to the TRAIN e-learning platform.International atmosphere with more than 15 nationalities.Wellbeing services, subsidized canteen with km0 food, medical services and physiotherapy.Transportation from key points in Barcelona, Mataró and Vallès, or parking with chargers for electric cars.Gym and directed classes to maintain balance of body and mind.25% discount on all our brands.Relocation assistance nationally and internationally."If you want to take the next step in your career, work in a dynamic environment and bring quality to our collections, this is your place."We are waiting for you!
