Job Description
LEAR Valls is looking for a high-skilled Customer Quality Engineer eager to join a global leader in automotive technology. We are a large multinational company based at the Electronics Campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain). We are seeking a professional who is passionate about Quality and focused on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Leading cross-functional teams to guarantee effective containment, preventive and corrective actions.
Ensuring Action Plans are implemented to avoid issues re-occurrence and to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Preparing and delivering detailed reports (8D) related to quality issues and their resolutions.
Key Outcome
Overall Customer quality goals accomplishment. Focus on product and service satisfaction.
Analysis and coordination potential containment activities for customer complaints. Effective on both, problem solutions and communication according to Customer / Lear requirements & standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strategies development and execution
Drive your projects to success according to Customer Quality requirements
Support customers visits and lead taskforces for critical issues.
Job Requirements
University degree (Preferred in Electronics Engineering, Degrees in Electrical Engineering or similar fields will also be accepted)
Minimum 2 Year(s) experience (desired)
Quality tools & excellent problem-solving mindset (8D methodology).
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. Other languages will be a plus (e.g. German).
Excellent communications skills. Proactive and self-motivated.
