This is a unique opportunity to support one of Europe’s most exciting AI companies during a pivotal stage of growth. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liAct as right-hand support to the CEO, with additional coordination across the executive leadership team /li liProtect leadership time by managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars, priorities, and high-volume inboxes with autonomy /li liCoordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visa logistics /li liPrepare briefing notes, board materials, presentations, agendas, and meeting follow-ups /li liServe as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders /li liLead high-impact operational and strategic projects on behalf of the executive team /li liSupport employer branding and culture by co‑leading engagement events, offsites, and milestone celebrations /li liBe a key presence in our offices, working on-site when needed /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li3–5+ years supporting founders, CEOs, or C‑level executives in a high-growth startup, scale‑up, technology company, consulting environment, or fast-paced corporate setting /li liComfortable operating in dynamic, constantly-changing environments with ambiguity and urgency /li liHighly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise /li liStrong prioritisation instincts — you know what matters, what can wait, and what needs action now /li liOutstanding written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish /li liDiscreet, trustworthy, and professional when handling sensitive information /li liSolutions-oriented: you flag problems with recommendations, not just issues /li liPassionate about people, culture, and building something meaningful /li liValencia-based preferred.
