We are hiring for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing recruitment company. This role is critical in enabling executive effectiveness through excellent coordination, discretion, and communication. Key Responsibilities Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting briefs Handle confidential information with absolute discretion Coordinate priorities, follow-ups, and action items Support ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as needed Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus) High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail AI savvy Tech-savvy (G-suite, Slack, Zaipier, scheduling tools etc) What We Offer Direct exposure to executive decision-making Dynamic, international recruitment environment Competitive compensation based on experience
