AXA is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in shaping strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, and fostering effective communication across our organization. What you’ll be doing: Act as a key liaison between executive leaders and teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination Manage agendas for the Executive Leadership Team, prepare clear summaries, and follow up on key initiatives Support the creation of strategic materials, including board presentations, executive communications, and performance dashboards Facilitate effective meetings by preparing agendas, recording actions, and tracking progress Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes, decision‑making, and communication Assist in preparing speeches, internal and external messages, and other communication materials for senior leaders Coordinate governance activities within the team, including preparing documents, monitoring goals, and managing information flow Promote teamwork and a customer‑focused approach across functions Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support the organization’s strategic thinking and implementation What you’ll bring: A degree in business or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in project or key account management Fluency in English; proficiency in French and other AXA languages is a plus Experience working in international, matrix organizations with diverse teams Strong communication skills and cultural awareness Ability to influence and collaborate without formal authority Comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments A pragmatic approach with attention to detail and strategic thinking Confidence in handling confidential information with integrity Proactive mindset, eager to anticipate needs and improve processes Commitment to excellence, humility, and continuous learning What we offer: At AXA Partners, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
