Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of coordination, you will support the execution of business priorities, facilitate decision-making processes and help drive strategic initiatives across the Group. /p pb The Role /b /pp As Executive Business Partner, you will serve as the primary support and strategic partner to the Chairman Group CEO, ensuring the effective management of priorities, stakeholder relationships and business objectives. /pp You will play a key role in enhancing executive effectiveness by coordinating projects, preparing high-level communications, monitoring strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across multiple business units and international operations. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Manage and coordinate the Chairman Group CEO#39;s calendar, meetings, international travel arrangements and stakeholder engagements. /lili Act as a trusted liaison between the Chairman Group CEO and internal and external stakeholders. /lili Drive the execution and follow-through of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion of actions and deliverables. /lili Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing papers, speeches and correspondence. /lili Attend meetings, business engagements and international visits, documenting key discussions, decisions and follow-up actions. /lili Coordinate cross-functional projects, corporate priorities and special assignments. /lili Conduct business research, market analysis and stakeholder intelligence to support strategic decision-making. /lili Facilitate communication and alignment across departments, regional offices and business units. /lili Monitor progress against strategic priorities and ensure accountability for key action items. /lili Handle highly confidential information and sensitive business matters with professionalism and discretion. /lili Identify potential risks and operational challenges while proactively proposing solutions. /li /ul pb What We Are Looking For /b /pulli Bachelor#39;s Degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Economics, Finance, Communications or a related discipline. /lili Minimum of 8 years#39; experience supporting CEOs, Chairpersons, Managing Directors, C-suite executives or senior leadership teams. /lili Previous experience in Executive Office Management, Business Management, Corporate Affairs, Project Coordination or similar functions. /lili Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic, commercial and operational matters. /lili Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills. /lili Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. /lili Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /lili Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. /lili Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. /lilib Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. /b /lili Experience within multinational organisations, international trade, commodities, manufacturing or FMCG environments will be considered an advantage. /lili Availability to travel internationally when required. /li /ul pb What We Offer /b /pulli A strategic position working directly with the Chairman Group CEO of a global organisation. /lili International exposure across multiple markets, regions and business functions. /lili A multicultural and collaborative working environment based in Kuala Lumpur. /lilib Net monthly salary between USD 6,000 and USD 6,500. /b /lili Full visa and work permit sponsorship for both the successful candidate and eligible family members. /lili Annual round-trip flight to your home country. /lili Housing allowance. /lili Car allowance. /lili Private health insurance. /lili22 working days of annual leave. /lili Long-term career development opportunities within a growing international group. /li /ul p Location /ppb Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia /b /p p If you are an experienced executive support professional looking to take the next step in your international career and work closely with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives, we would be pleased to hear from you. /p pb At Acertto Talent Linkers, we firmly believe in diversity and inclusion.
