Key Responsibilities:
1、New Product Quality Control for the European Market
- Oversee quality assurance for new products entering the European market, including evaluating test protocols, product performance, and post-launch market feedback, to ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
2、Establish User Quality Standards for Key Products
- Define and guide the development of user-centric quality standards for priority products in the European market, aiming to enhance overall user experience.
3、Regulatory Expertise & Cross-Functional Training
- Provide expert regulatory guidance for product planning, with a deep understanding of the varying requirements across European countries.
- Train and mentor both European and Chinese design teams to ensure they comprehend and implement compliance measures, ultimately facilitating the successful launch of compliant products in Europe.
Qualifications:
1、Extensive Testing Experience with Gas Ovens for the European Market
- Proven hands-on experience in testing gas ovens specifically for European market requirements, with a thorough understanding of regional nuances and standards.
2、In-Depth Knowledge of European Safety and Compliance Regulations
- Comprehensive expertise in European safety and regulatory frameworks, ensuring all products meet mandatory safety standards.
3、Background in Component/Device Design
- Solid foundation in component or device-level design, enabling a proactive approach to embedding quality and safety into product development from the ground up.
4、Language Proficiency
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively across multilingual teams and stakeholders.
Preferred: Candidates with prior or current involvement in European standards committees are highly desirable.
