Overview
In this role you support the Mk1 radar equipment and DASS integration within the Eurofighter EW and Radar team. You’ll liaise with Airbus, suppliers and international stakeholders to ensure compliant, tested solutions for complex systems. You will tackle technical inquiries, review documentation, and drive equipment engineering activities across the program. The position offers international exposure, potential travel, and a clear path to impact critical airborne systems.

ResponsabilidadesSupport Mk1 Radar Equipment Development, Engineering and Integration/testing activitiesAssist DASS documentation review, integration activities and impact analysis on other aircraft systemsReview and approve supplier documentationIdentify and support resolution of equipment, integration, certification and quality issuesLiaise with and coordinate among stakeholdersSupport equipment engineering activities within the teamResolve technical inquiries from military customer, SUZ, suppliers or Eurofighter partnersTravel regularly to support System Integration testing and meetings at AJT in Warton
Requisitos principalesDegree (Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace or similarMore than 5 years of engineering experienceExperience with at least one of: Avionic systems, airborne sensors (radar, IFF, FLIR), airborne Defensive Aids systems, communication/data links, EW systemsExperience in writing technical documentationTeamworking spirit and good communication skillsWillingness to work at aircraft or integration rigs in Spain or abroadCapability to work autonomouslySecurity clearance up to NATO SECRETKnowledge of Equipment Engineering and Eurofighter processesSystem & Requirements Engineering know-howAdvantageous: Radar knowledge, aircraft/defence industry familiarityCooperative, self-empowered, independent working styleGood English negotiation skillsExperience with international, multinational project environmentsTeamworking spiritGood communication skillsCooperative and independent mindsetRadar/EW systemsAvionic systems and sensorsDatalinks and COMMS systems
