Position: HR SpecialistDesplácese hacia abajo para encontrar los detalles completos de la oferta de trabajo, incluyendo la experiencia requerida y las funciones y tareas asociadas.Department:HR & AdministrationReports to:HR & Administration Manager (Spain)Location:Linares, Jaén, SpainMain Purpose of the Role:To provide comprehensive support in Human Resources and Administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the plant’s HR processes, employee services, and general office management in alignment with Desay SV global standards and Spanish legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. HR SupportSupport on HR related topics to ensure compliance, engange, and timely executionConduct end to end recruitment processes: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.Maintain employee records (contracts, leave tracking, medical certificates, etc.) ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Develop and coordination for covering yearly training needsSupport payroll preparation and monthly data collection (attendance, overtime, allowances).Assist in performance appraisal coordination, training registration, and employee communication.Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and Desay SV HR policies.Participate in internal HR projects such as employee engagement, HRIS updates, and talent programs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative support, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.Knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR administrative processes.English level: intermediate or above (able to communicate with HQ and expats).Chinese language is a plus.Competencies:Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information. xcskxlj Team player, adaptable to a multicultural environment.
