Experteer Overview In this role you own end-to-end network launches regionally, partnering with senior leadership to align plans with operational readiness. You will drive high-impact programs (Nexus launches, Same Day Cycles, scope extensions) across cross-functional teams to speed up delivery and enhance customer experience. You will build data-driven business cases and secure approvals, influencing regional network strategy. This opportunity combines strategic thinking, rigorous analysis, and fast-paced execution to transform network planning.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own end-to-end network launches across the region from day one and co-lead strategic initiatives with senior leadership
- Lead high-impact programs including Nexus launches, Same Day Cycles, and scope extension projects
- Serve as primary point of contact for approvals and sign-offs from Same Day, DEX, STEP, and Operations Leadership
- Collaborate with first mile, middle mile, and AMZL teams to optimize network speed and reduce delivery times
- Conduct launch readiness assessments, identify risks and mitigation strategies ahead of go-live
- Build data-driven business cases using AS IS vs. future state models translating data into actionable recommendations
- Present findings to senior leadership with structured, evidence-based narratives and drive process improvementsResponsabilidades
