Your goal will be to install new equipment in DF Spain, achieve maximum productivity for our production line through improving equipment capabilities and troubleshooting problems on the line. Responsibilities Installing, commissioning, upgrading and maintaining plasma reactors (CVD tool) and other critical manufacturing equipment. Troubleshooting industrial control/electrical systems, including high voltage power supplies, controllers, sensors, pumps, PLC’s, valves, and other devices. Tracking and reporting on equipment uptime/downtime, root cause analysis, overall equipment efficiency, mean time between failure and the like. Working with manufacturing technicians, plan and execute upgrades and retrofits to improve tool reliability and process capabilities. Writing procedures and checklists, assisting and training maintenance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or similar engineering discipline. 2+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with manufacturing equipment. Ability in project planning and management, with the capacity to thrive in multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems. Must be available to complete a training period in the United States. Additionally, this role involves ad‑hoc short‑term international travel to the U.S. to fulfill project needs.
